In grief and solidarity with those impacted by the Lapu Lapu Day Festival tragedy, Filipino-Canadian Civic Action Network (FCCAN) is working to advocate for the Filipino community in Canada. 

Your answers to this survey will help us build policy recommendations towards building systems to support community safety, mental health, and our cultural heritage. 

The survey is brief (5-10mins) and divided into 3 sections focused on 1) Cultural Events and Safety, 2) Mental Health and Trauma Support, and 3) Building Safer Communities.
